In the digital age, consumers expect answers fast, and these heightened expectations are becoming uniform across industries. A global information company sought to identify and address the needs of its clients by using analytics to extract insights. Its two key goals were to utilise its core data asset in a way that was more valuable to clients and to respond faster to customer queries.

Insight and Action

QuantumBlack was brought in to define the client’s customer journeys, capturing value both for our client and their end customers. To understand the user journey, we worked closely with our client’s domain experts, already having much of the information we needed to provide the client with greater clarity around its customers’ preferences. We ran approximations of our client’s proprietary analytical models in the background, and these calculations provided real-time insights into consumers for the first time.
